My PDA, Central Bank of India, Suryabagh Visakapatnam Brach is not able to work out my new pension or arrears for want of details of my joining Navy and the Years of Service accepted for Pension. Since we do not have a Discharge Book like Army, where do we get this info. Bank wants an official communication. What do I do?
